Jaw Crusher

purpose and scope of Jaw Crusher:
1、This series of crusher is mainly used in fields of metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractories and ceramics etc for crushing various medium-hard ore and rock.
2、Jaw Crusher is very suitable for crushing kinds of soft and hard ore, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is not higher than 300MPa. The largest block of material to be broken shall be not greater than the required technical data sheet.
3. Working Principle of Jaw Crusher
The motor drives belt and belt pulley to make the moving jaw move up and down through eccentric shaft .The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up，and drive the moving jaw close to the fixed jaw. At the same time the material will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, and the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
